We, the family of Dr. Amos Avuve Ajo, January 1, 1959 – January 18, 2025, earnestly request the honor of your participation in memorializing the legendary life of our precious loved one, on the one-year anniversary of his death.

Recapping this one-year departure of our dearly beloved, we have mourned the profound impact of his loss, and the irreplaceable void that exists following his unfortunate demise. Nevertheless, we are heartened by the memories of his extraordinary character, as we reflectively reminisce his well-lived, well-accomplished, and profoundly impactful life.

How we reminisce his incredible acts of kindness, his altruistic and sacrificial giving, and his amazing, selfless impartation of prolific knowledge, wisdom, and understanding to countless lives whom he positively impacted, thus “making the world a better place” than he saw it, and “leaving the mark of footprints” – words he often quoted, and convincingly embraced!

His warm, guileless, and disarming smile personified genuine sincerity and trustworthiness. His unassuming, meek, and peaceful demeanor so unique of his carriage – exuded integrity and honor. He was the embodiment of honesty, benevolence, courage and faith.

Oh, there is so much more to share of the precious memories we hold dear… but we will reserve them for quiet reflection, for deep inspiration, for judicious guidance, and for indomitable courage and strength.

And so, as we memorialize this one-year anniversary of the passing of our beloved, we are convinced that he has departed from us physically, but his legacy permanently remains and speaks even more loudly than when he was here!
